The Fulbright Association is pleased to invite DUAL to its Fulbright @ SMU Seminar Series. The Fulbright Association (Singapore) is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and as such, have decided to hold jointly with Singapore Management University a series of monthly seminars.

Their President, A/P Ang Peng Hwa, Chair NTU Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information, will be kicking off the series on 31 Jan 2007 with the topic “Internet Governance: Can and Should the Beast be Tamed?” .
