Cash Bar available. No parking for non-American Club members.
Kids are very welcome. There is an adjacent room for the kids to hang out and play, color, watch DVD, etc.
In addition, we will be having a bit of fun raising funds for the charity “Food from the Heart”. Prizes will be donated by the participating alumni clubs & generous sponsors. If you know of any restaurants, wine shops, etc who would like to donate, please contact your respective clubs.
Seats are limited – we had a full house last year with a waiting list. So sign up early!!
To register for the event please send the registration form below to Richard Hartung at rlhartung@tanfordalumni.org by Friday, 13th November. You then will be sent a link to PayPal to make payment. You will have 3 days to make payment (till Tuesday 17th November) after which registration then will be opened to everyone.
Seats are only confirmed once payment is made. Once paid, you are responsible for finding a replacement if you no longer can attend, but we can help link you with someone on the wait list (if any). No refunds for no shows. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event will still be charged.
