Glenn is a partner at Venture TDF Pte Ltd, where he has been since 1999 and where he invests broadly in information technology companies with a focus on enterprise applications, software infrastructure and technology-enabled business services. At this lunch Glenn will share his experiences and expertise from his position at the apex of the venture capital industry.

Bio of Glenn Chao
Glenn Chao is currently a partner at Venture TDF Pte Ltd, where he has been since 1999. He invests broadly in information technology companies with a focus on enterprise applications, software infrastructure and technology-enabled business services.
During his time at Venture TDF, Glenn founded the TechFinancing Centre, a joint venture with OCBC Bank and the Economic Development Board of Singapore focused on providing innovative debt solutions to technology companies in Asia. Also while at Venture TDF, Glenn co-founded Venture TDF Technology Fund III, a venture fund set up in late 2000 to make investments in Greater China.
Recently, Glenn co-founded Sirius Growth Partners, a venture fund set up in 2008 to invest in growth-oriented, small and medium enterprises headquartered in Singapore. Glenn serves as the fund’s Co-Managing Director.
Prior to joining Venture TDF in 1999, Glenn was a corporate and licensing attorney at Fenwick and West LLP, a leading technology law firm in Silicon Valley, where his practice focused on representing and counseling high-growth companies and venture capital firms.
Glenn received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Glenn subsequently received his law degree from Stanford Law School. Glenn is the author of several articles on technology and business law.
