Join the Stanford Club of Singapore and UC Berkeley alumni to watch the Big Game at 4 p.m. on Sunday, 7 December at Harry’s at the Esplanade. We have a DVD of the Game being flown in especially for this event. This is the 3rd year in a row we’re jointly hosting this event, and it promises to be an exciting football game between Stanford and Cal. This is a no-host event so you only need to pay for any drinks and food you order.

Stanford Club Book Prize 2009

The Stanford Club is pleased to announce its 13th annual Book Prize competition. This year’s competition is open to all Singapore students who begin their final year of pre-university in January 2009.

Applications are being sent to all of Singapore’s 21 pre-university institutions. Applications shall be submitted by January 30, 2009.

Stanford Campus Visit by Book Prize Winner 2008, Ho Zhi Hui

This year’s book prize winner, Ho Zhi Hui, reflects on her trip in this essay. It’s an enjoyable look at the campus through the eye’s of a young Singaporean. Needless to say, she was impressed.
